SHIPPING Policy: All orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible, within 3 business days. Many orders ship on the same day.
Orders within the Continental US: Free shipping will apply to all orders of $100 and over. All orders under $100 will ship at a flat rate of $5.00. Orders will be shipped via one of three carriers: UPS Standard Ground, Federal Express or US Postal Service. The best delivery option will be chosen for your order, based upon product, size, weight and shipping destination.
Expedited Shipping: If you have an order that needs to be expedited, please send an e-mail to email@example.com. Expedited orders may incur an expedited processing fee as well as a higher shipping charge for faster delivery.
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii : Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii destinations incur the flat rate shipping charge noted above, but will ship via the U.S. Postal Service.
Once an order is processed and shipped, please allow up to 3 business days for Express Shipping and up to 5 business days for Ground Shipping. During high volume sales please allow 7-10 days for Ground Shipping.

Incorrect Shipping Information : If a package is returned to Azure Towels due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Azure Towe is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages : AT is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Azure Towel will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and personal bank account through PayPal. Your payment will go to Azure Peshtemal, The PayPal website is 100% secure and uses the highest standards of encryption for Internet security. Our customers can pay using their credit or debit cards even without a PayPal account. Buyers can also use their own PayPal account if they wish so. It is very easy and safe!To ensure your payment is secure, please do payment online through azurepeshtemals.com website, and DO NOT SEND credit card information to us by email.
14 Day Return/Exchange Policy
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of package receipt in order to qualify for exchange or store credit. All returned items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition. All returns must be sent with delivery confirmation and/or tracking information. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please include a copy of your packing list or receipt so that we may quickly process your return. If you send your package outside of the 14 day window, we reserve the right to reject your return.
When your items are received and verified to be in new condition, we will issue a store credit for the amount of the merchandise returned. Shipping fees will not be credited.
Items purchased at a price discounted at more than 20% off the original price through any promotion or combination of promotions, including but not limited to sales and coupons, are not eligible for return or exchange. Items purchased in NOT ELIGIABLE TO BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED, they are FINAL SALE. At times, free products are given away as part of a promotion. Free products received during a promotion are not eligible for return.
In the event that you order an item and it comes defective, (i.e. stained, snap defect, etc.) please login into your account and submit a return request. You may receive a replacement item or a store credit. No refunds will be given. Proof of damage/defect may be required to process request.
To make a request for a return, please login to your account and submit a return request for the item(s). Please do not send in item(s) until your request has been accepted.
Free Exchange Shipping
Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning products, but replacement products requested in exchange for returned products are shipped free of charge.
Exchange or Store Credit Only
Products may be returned for exchange or for store credit only. No refunds will be issued.
